It’s the ordinary moments that become sacred when we slow down enough to notice them.
That’s the heart of my work — creating spaces that remind you of your own rhythm, your own wisdom, your own way back home.
I’m a Certified Spiritual & Happiness Life Coach, an Intuitive Rebirth Practitioner, a Sound Journey Guide, and a Master Circle Facilitator — but more than titles, I’m a woman who’s walked through fire, loss, and rebirth, and found joy waiting on the other side.
My approach is intuitive, grounded, and joy-filled.
Every session, circle, or gathering I hold is sacred — not because it’s formal or serious, but because it’s real.
We breathe, move, release, laugh, and remember that healing isn’t something outside of you — it’s already within you.
A Bit of My World
I live in rural Oregon with my husband — a chef whose creativity often finds its way into our mindful dining gatherings, our daughter — my wild-hearted teacher and mirror, and a small collection of beloved animals (two cats and one very good dog).
Our days are a mix of homeschooling and outdoor adventuring, kitchen-witching and tea brewing, laughing and dancing — and plenty of moments standing in the kitchen wondering why we walked in there in the first place.
It’s imperfect and beautiful, equal parts chaos and ceremony, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Around here, we honor both the sacred and the silly, the stardust and the soil.
What I Offer
I weave together sound, movement, intuitive guidance, and ritual to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your joy.
You might find me leading a women’s circle, blending a floral tea for release, or guiding someone through a deep Intuitive Rebirth session —
but it’s all the same intention:
to help you come home to yourself.
