The herbs are chosen with care, blending emotional nourishment with plant wisdom to bring everyone into harmony with the moment.

Cacao Ceremony | The Heart opens here
Cacao has long been honored as a plant spirit that opens the heart, softens the armor, and invites truth to flow more freely.
In this ceremony, we gather in warmth and intention, sharing a rich, sacred brew while exploring what it means to connect—both to ourselves and to one another.
Guided by Toni, your group will move through intention setting, breathwork, and meditation, supported by the spirit of cacao and the resonance of community.
The experience is designed to bring clarity, compassion, and ease into the collective field, allowing each participant to receive what they most need in the moment.

Cacao and Sound Journey | A Full-Body exhale

As the cacao opens the heart space, a meditative soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and voice invites deep restoration and emotional release.
Guided by Toni, your group will move through waves of resonance and silence, weaving inner stillness with shared presence.
The experience closes with grounding tea and quiet reflection to help integrate what was received.
This journey is designed for retreats, private gatherings, or communities ready to experience a fuller sense of embodiment, ease, and collective healing.
Sound Journey | A Sonic Sanctuary
When words fall away, sound becomes the language of healing.
This journey offers a shared space for deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional release through the power of vibration.
Guided by Toni, participants are invited to settle into stillness as layers of tone, rhythm, and resonance wash through the room.
The experience begins with a group intention and a brief oracle pull to anchor collective focus.
A sound journey follows — a tapestry of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and voice designed to balance and restore.
The session closes with tea and quiet reflection to help each participant ground back into their body.
Unlike private sessions, these group journeys do not include individual energy work; the focus is on collective harmony and shared recalibration.
