An 8 week live online Circle series

We are living through a moment that is asking a lot of the human nervous system.

Rage. Fear. Grief. Shame. Guilt. Exhaustion. Hopelessness. Many of us know we’re carrying these emotions -- but we’re carrying them alone, quietly, and often without the space or tools to actually process them.

Holding the Line is a weekly online gathering created to help you metabolize the emotional weight of this moment -- together.

Each week, we’ll focus on one collective emotion and work with it directly and responsibly. We won't debate its validity, and we won't bypass it. We also won't spiral. But we will aim to understand it, move it through the body, and transform it into something sustainable.

This series is for the person who is:

Filled with and fed up with anxiety and constant emotional overload
Struggling to stay grounded while watching events unfold in real time
Tired of holding everything together by themself
Longing for a space that feels steady, honest, and human
Ready to use tools that help you breathe through the mess, regulate, and stay connected

What we’ll work with:

Sacred rage and how to channel it without harm
Fear and nervous system grounding
Grief for the loss of safety, trust, and imagined futures
Guilt without self-punishment
Shame -- personal and collective
Living in extreme uncertainty while staying human
Sustainable engagement without burnout
Integration and ongoing emotional care

This is not a political organizing space, a debate forum, or a place for spiritual bypass. It is a trauma-informed, emotionally literate container designed to help you stay regulated, connected, and alive inside your own body -- so you can keep showing up for your life in integrity.

Format: Live online sessions (join from anywhere)
Date/Duration: Starting Sunday, Feb 15, 2026 - 8 weeks (one 2hr session per week)
Who it’s for: Anyone feeling the emotional impact of these times and wanting support processing it in community
Participation & Contribution
This series is offered on a sliding scale / pay-what-you-can basis.
Registration is for the full series, as the safety of this space relies on consistency, familiarity, and shared presence over time.
If you are able to contribute financially, your payment helps sustain the space and makes it possible to offer this work accessibly to others.
If finances are tight, you are still welcome here.
There is no minimum requirement and no explanation needed. Your presence and participation matter most.
